Rescheduling: Things come up! We will try our best to be as flexible as we can; however, a $50.00 rescheduling fee will be applied, if not given a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled date.

Cancellations: Things happen! Any cancellations with no notice prior to the 48 hours of the cleaning service will be responsible for a $75.00 last minute cancellation fee.

Lock outs - If for any reason we are not able to enter your home it will be considered a “lock out” each client receives a 20 minute window. This window will start once we arrive. We will check all entryways, call/text you prior to moving onto our next job, in this case it will result in a $45.00 lock out fee.
